"POST-MORTEM"

Well i guess i better kick off with the postmortem concerning the Wigan warriors ( i think the latter word should be withdrrawn ) For the life i just cannot get my head round that display.SO the dream of playing against LEIGH is buried once and for all. There is not much else i can write just yet after witnessing some very ordinary sub-satndard rugby from the cherry and whites. I have been reading all sorts of explanations on social media , but nothing can take away the fact that their effort was seriously lacking!!
I believe the next match which is against the Wembley finalist on Saturday at the DW will be interesting indeed !!
AT this moment i cannot redict the result but i would say that LEIGH have the upper hand . G.B.

Go down to the next training session and see how many cuts lumps and bruises the players have and then tell them they aren't warriors. You are an idiot.

After watching the match back today,there were a few things they could have done better,I have said previously I thought this was a decent game of rugby in poor conditions...hats off to both teams.
Effort, is the one thing you can't fault in my opinion

I thought our forwards matched theirs but we lacked sparkle in th backs…both Smith and French didn’t connect so our threequarters were lacking quality ball….
Peet has a problem with French…he is not a natural Stand Off…if Miski wasn’t playing well he would be back on the wing and we then need a quality Stand Off

I thought it was a tough game and a massive effort from Wiogan with only 12 men. They only lost on that golden point. All teams want to win but only 2 get to the final. I don't believe Wigan would dip out their chance through lack of effort. It's sport. You win, you lose.

I am not interested in the slightest about going to watch them train,because it's obvious they are not after failing so miserably against HULL KR . AS for them getting cuts and bruise in traing ! WELL there is something drastically wrong with their methods then , in yr pipe ! !!
